Meal Plan: Week of 7.4.15

Hello, friends!

Long time, no blogging. It's been about two months since we've posted, but we're still around.

One of our goals this year is to pay down as much debt as possible, which means that we're eating at home a lot more often.

I thought that one way to help us stay accountable to that would be to share our meal plan along with recipes. And who knows, maybe we can inspire our readers with a few new recipes...or they will share some new ideas with us.
Meal Plan: Week of 7.4.15 [A Little Seed Grows - Blog]

We have a few standing weekly meals to make meal planning a little easier and to accommodate our jujitsu classes in the evenings. I make the meal plan run from Saturday to Friday because I base many meals on what comes in our Brown Box Veggies.

Here is what we'll be eating this week:

Independence Day Cookout at a friends' house.

Roast chicken with veggies and rice

Turkey burgers with pasta salad (also, refrigerator dill pickles as part of condiments)

Chicken and black bean quesadillas with homemade guacamole

Dinner at my mother-in-laws or leftovers

Chili (less the winter squash)

Pizza night!

Also, I'll be trying this bread recipe in hopes of eventually eliminating store bought bread from our grocery list.

Do you meal plan? What are your family's go-to recipes?
